Roux opened it's doors on November 20, 2014. On April 6th, 2016, Roux welcomed new Executive Chef Michael Mastrantuono. Chef Mike debuted his new menu on April 6th, 2016. Quality ingredients matter, that's why we shop local and support local. Where our food comes from is important to us. Roux's culinary team visits our local farmers once a week to hand select seasonal produce and meats. Our seasonal cocktail list features several local distilleries who have been making spirits that allow us to create delicious libations. Our draft beer selection features many New York State brews as well as other small breweries who are doing big things. We're excited about all of the wonderful products that we are using and we think it's pretty darn cool that it's all here so close to home.
