Rosina Food Products manufactures a variety of frozen, Italian specialty food products for the consumer and manufacturing markets. Its products include meatballs, ravioli, manicotti, eggplant entrees, stuffed shells, lasagna and other Italian specialties. In 2000, the company purchased Verona, N.J.-based Celentano Brothers, which expanded its product line to include frozen vegetarian and organic Italian entrees. Rosina s products are sold at grocery stores throughout North America. The company also offers its food products to industrial clients, including food service businesses. Rosina Food Products was founded in 1963 as a storefront sausage business in Buffalo, N.Y., where it maintains headquarters. It also operates a manufacturing facility in Cheektowaga, N.Y.
