HistoryOver the years it has always been my desire to create a brand that represents not just the quality of food I serve, but also the family that inspired me along this journey. In our family, there is one word we use for everything - Chenza. I'm a Chenza, you're a Chenza, that guy over there - he's a Chenza! It's just one of those words my Uncle came up with over the years, a shortening of the Italian word for patience, pazienza. So it would only make sense that this would be the perfect name for my new business. In April of 2018, after months of sketching blueprints, ordering and installing appliances, going through the inspections process, and basically building the truck from the ground up, Chenza's Cruzin Cuisine finally became a reality! Now I get to live my passion and serve up the same delicious food I grew up with (with a little culinary flair of course!) to the good people of Long Island.SpecialtiesChenza's Cruzin Cuisine an classic Italian food truck.
