In 1979, Jack Rosenblum founded Rosenblum Development Corporation and became the first to develop office properties on Washington Avenue Extension in the City of Albany. During the 1980s, the company completed eight buildings within the Corporate Plaza location, and two additional buildings across Washington Avenue Extension.
