History
I have enjoyed cooking for over thirty years. I hail from a small farm where organic and natural ingredients were all I knew for my early life. I learned to cook from my grandmother, great aunts, and my mother's seven sisters. I traveled the world and learned international cuisine, and finally learned classic cuisine in 2003 at the Institute of Culinary Education (formerly Peter Kump's) in New York City.
