Robert L. Howe has been practicing law in Bay Ridge for 30 years. He has also served as an Administrative Law Judge for PVB, TLC, Transit Adjudications, as well as an arbitrator in Civil Court. He previously served as Counsel to the Minority Leader of the New York City Council, as well as the Southwest Brooklyn Industrial Development Corporation. His Community Experience includes: President of the Merchants of Third Avenue since 1994 Former District 20 School Board Member Restaurant reviewer for the Bay Ridge Home Reporter/Spectator and the Brooklyn Eagle Former Adjunct Professor in the Hospitality Department of New York City Technical College
