History
Redlinski Meats began in 1947. The family farm in Elma, New York was not very profitable and Paul's son, Leonard, persuaded him to rent a stand at the Broadway Market in Buffalo, New York. With an old family recipe for polish sausage and much hard work, the family became successful. They first expanded at the Broadway Market in 1949 and once again in 1956. In 1967, Paul Redlinski and his three sons decided to build a sausage plant right next to the Broadway Market. Leonard. Paul, and Daniel Redlinski retired in 1990. Michael, Ronald and Mark, the third generation of Redlinskis, have been continuing the family tradition since then. Michael's son Joseph 4th. generation also works at the sausage factory. In 2013, Joe Redlinski, the son of Michael, took over the business.
