Ramapo Valley Ambulance Corps (RVAC), established in 1947, is the first volunteer ambulance corps in the town of Ramapo, Suffern, NY. With a coverage area of approximately 34.5 square miles, RVAC provides the best pre-hospital care possible to the community, offering emergency care at the EMT-B level and higher.
As a not-for-profit organization, RVAC relies on the support of volunteers and donations to fulfill its mission of delivering high-quality emergency care to the Rockland community and its environs, including rapid response for emergency medical and mass casualty incidents.
