Founded in 1928 by Ralph Silvestro, Ralph's Ices is a New York–based Italian-ice shop with locations throughout Long Island, Staten Island and Queens. Ralph's Massapequa location offers a variety of Italian ice flavors including cantaloupe, cherry, coconut, orange, lemon and chocolate, all using pure cane sugar.

I love Ralph's ices and ice cream so there is something for everyone. My go to ices are key lime pie and raspberry coconut pie. Feels lighter and less filling then ice cream. So good!
