Said it will take 2 days to fix and a few weeks later but have not fixed and have actually made things worst for the device for a simple issue.

Quick Fix quickly obtained the correct battery for my laptop, and replaced the old battery the next day. Service was done while I waited. I am highly satisfied with their service.
