Q.Ballard&Company meets pole aesthetics we are an after school dance program by day and have adult dance classes evenings and weekends. We offer pole dance class, belly dance class, yoga, couples yoga, aerial yoga, Caribbean and RnB fitness dance we also offer workshops for the LGBTQ community. We have the best instructors in addition every class is 75 min with complimentary signature drinks that will be served during each class. We are the place for you to meet great people let your hair down, network and be unapologetically you. For our pole class Rose and Moscato will be served. For our melanin fitness class Mimosa will be served. For our belly dance class. Bailey's will be served. For our mocha yoga class. Mocha tea will be served. For our mates and merlot couples yoga class. Merlot Will be served. For our LGBTQ work shops pinot and partners yoga and fitness class. Pinot Grigio will be served. We have chocolate milk mommy and me fitness class. Chocolate and strawberry milk served.
