Personal training is the focus at Park Slope's Priority Fitness, where head trainers Chris Maiurro and Ben Kessel lead clients through intense one-hour sessions that are specifically tailored to their individual fitness needs. Maiurro and Kessel also offer nutritional counseling, massage and acupuncture, as well as flexible hours that make it convenient to train, no matter your schedule or disposition. The first training session is at 6am. Clients are happy to have a fitness establishment in the neighborhood that specializes in localized attention.
