Portable Chef was founded in 2009 with a mission to cook using ingredients grown the right way - smalll family farms that don't use chemical herbicides, fertilizers, or pesticides, and meat sourced from livestock raised outside, without cruelty, and on their natural diets. Since then, we've built on that by emphasizing customization for our clients - you tell us your dietary requirements (or simply likes and dislikes), and we turn those into food - using those same great ingredients.
