We believe that food should be made with good ingredients regardless of price. We use the same dough and cheese as our more expensive competitors but what sets us apart is our sauce. We use real olive oil and pink Himalayan mineral salt to cook our food. The health benefits of consuming the Himalayan salt rather than regular salt are numerous (google it) and it simply tastes a lot better. We have a deli section with hot/cold sandwiches and salads.
