I stopped in at Pataconia at River Street Market in Troy during their grand opening. They had a ribbon cutting with politicians on hand from the City of Troy and NYS and News 10 was there too....

I had the original Patacon with the shredded beef. The beef was tender and tasty. The tostones were fried perfectly but not greasy. I enjoyed it very much and will definitely be back.
