Established in 1960 as a small gallery in Boston, Pace Wildenstein has since grown into a museum that has displayed the work of some of the 20th century s premier artists. It has staged nearly 500 exhibitions featuring the work of more than 200 artists, including Josef Albers, Robert Irwin, Sol LeWitt, Robert Mangold, Isamu Noguchi, Claes Oldenburg, Pablo Picasso, Robert Rauschenberg, Mark Rothko and Coosje van Bruggen. It has also published more than 200 exhibition catalogs and served as curator for dozens of scholarly exhibitions that have traveled to museums throughout the United States and abroad. Home to more than 35 artists and artists estates, Pace Wildenstein is located in New York s Chelsea neighborhood.
