Omakase Room by Mitsu offers an intimate experience of traditional Japanese sushi, crafted and hand-served by Executive Chef Mitsunori Isoda. Chef Mitsu was an Executive Chef at Jewel Bako, where he earned a Michelin star. The dining experience at Omakase Room by Mitsu is built around a relationship of trust and spontaneity between the Chef and each diner. Before crafting his omakase, Chef Mitsu welcomes each guest with a brief conversation about their preferences and curiosities while he carefully perceives their inner mood and desires. He embraces guests' presence and greets them with sincere eye contact while handing them a freshly prepared hand-roll to begin the meal. His 14-piece omakase tasting menu is $220 per person plus tax.
