Oakgrove Construction is a general contractor specializing in heavy and highway construction with an emphasis on bridge replacement and reconstruction. Founded in 1961 by James F. May, and later joined by Vincent P. Barbera and Kenneth H. Rawe Sr., Oakgrove serves customers throughout western New York. The company is a member of the Associated General Contractors of America. Its projects include the Rehab & Replace Route 98 for the New York State Dept. of Transportation, towns of Farmersville and Freedom in Cattaraugus County; and Queenston Lewiston Bridge for the Fifth Lane Project, Niagara Falls Bridge Commission, town of Lewiston in Niagara County. Oakgrove Construction is located in Elma, N.Y.
