Dr. Numa T. Rahman is a hematologist and medical oncologist at the White Plains Hospital Center for Cancer Care. She evaluates, diagnoses and treats patients with non-malignant hematological conditions and solid tumor malignancies, with a special interest in breast, thoracic and gastrointestinal malignancies. Board-certified in Medical Oncology, Hematology and Internal Medicine, Dr. Rahman earned her medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. Awards include being named a "Resident of the Month" at Montefiore Medical Center and receiving the Multicultural Scholars Program Research Award from Haverford College in Pennsylvania. She speaks both English and Bengali.
