History
Now Yoga, a school for alignment-based vinyasa yoga and meditation practice, was founded in 2012 in Manhattan's Union Square. An offshoot of Om Yoga NYC, which officially closed in 2012, Now Yoga began operating out of the Shala, an ashtanga studio also located in Union Square. Six years later, Now Yoga has relocated to a brand new studio of its own at Astor Place with a broader and more diverse offering of classes, workshops, and teacher trainings.
