Noshir DaCosta, MD is a board-certified physician in internal medicine, medical oncology, and hematology. Dr. DaCosta received his medical degree from Seth G.S. Medical School, University of Bombay, India. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at LaGuardia Hospital, New York. In 1992, Dr. DaCosta achieved his fellowship in medical oncology and hematology at SUNY Stony Brook, University Hospital. Dr. DaCosta has published numerous studies in hematology and oncology in peer-reviewed medical journals. Dr. DaCosta has been a lecturer in Clinical Pharmacology and Cancer Biology at SUNY Stony Brook, University Hospital. He is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at University Hospital Stony Brook. In addition, Dr. DaCosta has been an Institutional Principal Investigator for NSABP breast cancer protocols. As well as receiving Castle Connolly and Newsday Top Doctors every year since 2012.
