Neighbors Link is a community center that works to integrate Mount Kisco's hispanic community with the rest of the population. Programs include English as a Second Language (ESL) classes and "Job English," which is an initative to bolster employment prospects by helping those who are functionally illiterate in both Spanish and English.
Other programs offered include computer classes, Latin Sol Workship for sewing and crafts, a clinic that offers legal advice and management apprenticeships. In addition, the WestCOP Head Start Preschool helps children ages 3 to 4.
