Thats blood under my thumbnail that is cut way too short and uneven

There is maybe one reputable licensed nail technician. None of them know nail shapes. Not even with a photo/image reference are they able to recreate straight or ballerina nails. They refuse to...

Not my favorite manicure. It seemed very rushed. There was no cuticle oil, and she didn't have me wash my hands before applying base coat - so all of the dust from filing was caught in the polish....
