Established in 2002 as a small Pilates practice with one reformer, Moving Strength has grown into a fully-equipped fitness studio employing some of New York City's top instructors offering small group classes in Pilates equipment and mat, yoga, Zumba, TRX and Aerial Strength.

Private and semi-private training sessions are available at your home or office or at our NYC studio, an intimate yet fully-equipped space featuring Pilates Reformer, Chair & Cadillac springs, Resist-a-Ball, tubing, stability boards, rollers, and more.
