Specialties
Mindful psychotherapy can be very helpful for negative thinking that leads to emotional distress. Treatment includes mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Therapy sessions can be ongoing or focused and completed in 10 weeks. Donald Fleck offers individual sessions, Annie Shackelford and Donald offer the 9-week Mindfulness Workshop (Mindfulness Based - Cognitive Therapy), and Michelle Morrison offers individual mindfulness instruction.
