Established in 1898, Midway State Park is one of the oldest amusement parks in the United States. The park features a museum, gift shop, concession stands, playing fields, tennis courts, rides and bathhouses. It also includes a building with a kitchen and dining room, as well as a space for dancing and roller skating. Midway State Park offers go-karting, boating, fishing and docking options. The park additionally features several picnic shelters that are available for family reunions and corporate outings. It provides activities that include mini golf and classic midway games. Midway State Park is managed by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation.
