The mission of St. Lawrence O'Toole Early Childhood Learning Center is to provide each child with the opportunity to grow spiritually, educationally, emotionally, socially and physically, and to become life-long learners within a Catholic environment. Ridgefield Academy

Ridgefield Academy offers a traditional curriculum in language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, music and art. It also offers a range of physical education and athletic programs to promote health and fitness. Founded in 1975, the academy is spread across an area of more than 40 acres. Its preschool program meets the social, emotional, cognitive and physical needs of young learners. Ridgefield Academy s lower school curriculum focuses on the development of reading and writing skills. Its middle school classes emphasize analytical and critical thinking skills. The academy s athletic activities include cross country, soccer, field hockey, basketball, baseball, softball and lacrosse. Located in Ridgefield, Conn., Ridgefield Academy also publishes a monthly online newsletter that features information on campus activities.
