First I built the food trucks serving up traditional barbecue done right: low and slow. Next came our BBQ Shop in Mattituck. Wait and see what's next. Everything is made in-house, by hand, from scratch by Pit Master Larry 'Meat' Mondello.

BBQ Shop and Food Truck were built from and born out of a passion for traditional barbecue, therefore we refuse to cut corners. Smell the smoke, and see our Pit Master starting smoking meat low and slow for over 16 hours the way it should be. Our meat is smoked for the right time, with the right wood, the right rub, and finished the right way. Private parties are no different; you cannot rush the perfect brisket with burnt ends, our sweet and savory pork belly, or the comfort you get with a pulled pork sandwich. This is barbecue done right.
