I got my license to do real estate almost 3 years ago. I never intended on being an agent. I had opened a property management company out of downtown BK, where I consulted on all property related matters, will & trusts, business, finance, insurance, management, and investments. I thought I should have my license for property management, and decided I would try it out in real estate to see if it might be something that interested me. I ended up falling in love with it and got off the ground fast and never looked back. It became my number one passion. I feel that helping anyone is noble, but working with families one on one, to get their home sold for a certain price, for a certain reason, in a certain amount of time, is very personal to me. Same goes with getting the dream house for my buyers. I know business and personal don't mix, but this is a people person driven business, it should to an extent. The trust that is put into me, is extremely gratifying. It inspires me!

All types of Real Estate, mostly Residential and Commercial Real Estate. I both am a Listing agent selling homes for my clients for top dollar in the shortest time possible while marketing it to its max potential, as well as a Buyers Agent, showing homes to clients and guiding them and then getting them the best terms possible on a home. My clients know I am honest, forthcoming and I rather take some out to see homes 20 times then push the fast sale. That is because I love my job, and I know that a happy buyer is a potential repeat customer, who may have friends searching the market. I believe in doing the right thing by others, this way I can lay my head on my pillow at night.
