Teaches Hoops has been providing exceptional training for basketball athletes of all levels for over 20 years. It has hundreds of players currently registered for programs from various ages and professional levels. The focus of this instruction is set on strengthening the fundamentals of the basketball. Training options include: perimeter offensive skills, post offensive skills, perimeter defensive skills, post defensive skills, free throw shooting, shooting against a zone, rebounding, ball handling, offensive and defensive footwork, team practice and coach clinics.
