Beauchamp Gardens Apartments is located on Centre Avenue in downtown New Rochelle. The co-op apartment building mostly offers units for sale, but will also arrange rentals when possible. This pre-World War II building has gone through several renovations since its conversion in 1984, and the management is always trying to improve the building for its residents and shareholders. Residents receive monthly newsletters that list upcoming events and property updates, and superintendent Nick Pocesta, who has experience working in New York City's Trump Tower and Gramercy Plaza, is always happy to lend a hand.
