LTB Mechanical Corp. is a New York City based installation, service and energy management company. Our principle business is the service maintenance/management and installation of commercial and residential heating, ventilating, air conditioning and power generating facilities in the tri-state area. In our 25 years of incorporation we have enjoyed steady growth and substantial success, and we attribute this to our reliability, customer loyalty, competitive business practices and over 25 years' experience in our field. We are privileged to have on staff some of the most qualified service technicians available in today's industry. Their qualifications come through experience and continuous training, and all are NYC certified for refrigeration system operation as well as having certifications from Mitsubishi and Daikin. Specialties
All technicians have received training from trade schools as well as taken certified courses from Mitsubishi and Daikin. All are EPA certified for the removal and administration of all types of Freon. We offer: Maintenance Service Contracts & Emergency Services 24/7, with Non-Contract Maintenance Services also available. Furthermore, we install every type of system, and attend to any issue that may arise with regards to your heating and cooling systems.
