Owner and Chef, Sybille van Kempen, prides herself on the high-quality, hand-picked American and European cooking accessories in her shop. She chooses handmade and eco-friendly items whenever possible, as well as unusual collectibles. Kempen's passion for, and knowledge of, food and cooking is offered to her customers, as is a cooking school at the Bridgehampton Inn and a food shop in Sagaponack. All are available year-round, seven days a week.
