Established in 1966, the Liverpool Public Library is a nonprofit organization that provides electronic and physical access to wide range of information resources. It offers a variety of database, including books, journals, newspapers, government documents, microforms, maps, DVDs and CDs. The library is located in Liverpool, N.Y., and its collections include more than 50,000 books and over 2,500 periodical subscriptions. It provides electronic access to more than 30,000 periodicals, atlases and maps. It also provides curriculum materials to students. Liverpool Public Library s facility includes a multimedia center that provides a range of nonprint media material that includes videocassettes, records, slides, audio cassettes, laser discs and software.
