Lexington Center for Recovery, formerly known as The Weekend Center, is a nonprofit agency that offers medical care and treatment options for individuals who suffer from chemical dependency. Founded in 1982, it serves women, men and youths in Westchester, Dutchess and Rockland counties in New York. Lexington Center for Recovery is licensed by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services and provides contract services for various state government departments. It offers alcohol and substance abuse evaluation and one-on-one, group and family counseling services. The organization provides psychiatric assessment, day rehabilitation, vocational and educational programs for its participants. Additionally, it offers a specialized recovery program for adolescents between the ages of 12 and 18. Lexington Center for Recovery maintains a location in Mount Kisco, N.Y.
