Named for her family name, Les Trois Chevaux is owned by acclaimed chef and proprietor, Angie Mar. In Chinese, ‘Mar’ represents the noble steed. When they were young, she and her two brothers were nicknamed by their beloved father and uncles “The Three Horses”. Les Trois Chevaux embodies a renaissance of the great French restaurants of New York’s eras past, while also looking to the future of dining. The restaurant was one of the most anticipated openings of 2021 and was quickly named one of Esquire Magazine’s Best New Restaurants in America. The Michelin Guide has already announced Les Trois Chevaux will be added to the 2022 guide.
