Sweet Pistachio started as a side project for the Pastry Chef/Owner in 2010 while she was working in a restaurant in NYC. She would sell boxes of the macarons, she learned how to make in Paris, to family, friends and through a few markets. After moving to San Francisco and running one of the best macaron bakery kitchens in SF, she left to pursue her own entrepreneurial goals. Sweet PIstachio has grown into an all around custom dessert company specializing in not only unique French macarons, but also tartlets, petit gateaux, candies and chocolates for events of all sizes.
