Kirsten Brodsky has over 10 years of experience practicing Matrimonial and Family Law. Her experience includes both litigating high-conflict cases and negotiating settlement agreements on behalf of her clients. As an attorney in the Matrimonial and Family Law Unit at the New York Legal Assistance Group (2006-2011), Ms. Brodsky practiced predominately in the area of matrimonial law, litigating complex custody and visitation cases. Ms. Brodsky also represented clients in cases involving the distribution of marital property, spousal support and child support. In addition to directly representing clients, Ms. Brodsky also trained and supervised newly admitted attorneys, pro bono attorneys and law students in all aspects of matrimonial cases. She has also delivered numerous presentations at continuing legal education programs, teaching pro bono attorneys the subjects of contested and uncontested divorce proceedings. Prior to working at the New Yorks Legal Assistance Group, Ms. Brodsky worked for several years as an associate at the law firm of Kupferman and Kupferman, representing clients in divorce proceedings. Ms. Brodsky heads her own practice at the Law Offices of Kirsten Brodsky, Esq.
