My package in a snow pile...around 5ft or so from my front steps!

If you wanted chocolate, you could of opened the box properly

They completely ignored the request on my package to leave it on my patio.

The self-service customer area of the post office. 12 ft. away from the attendants.

They leave packages totally unattended (or maybe just abandoned?) on the sidewalk in their Financial District staging area...
