LMC-TV has been broadcasting to the Larchmont, Mamaroneck and Rye Neck communities for more than 25 years via a three-prong approach know as PEG TV. That means LMC-TV has separate channels devoted to public access, educational and governmental programming.
The LMC-TV HQ are located at the Town of Mamaroneck Town Center.
The not-for-profit local television station, with studios at Mamaroneck High School and 145 Library Ln., offers free access to its equipment and facilities to anyone working, living or going to school in the area. In addition to covering local news, community events, government meetings and school board discussions, LMC-TV also offers field and studio production classes, after-school clubs, and can create not-for-profit promos. It has a college internship program, and Rye Neck High School students can earn their community service requirements by volunteering at the studio.
