The Port Washington Council #1227 is located across the street from Manorhaven Town Park on Manorhaven Boulevard. The Grand Knight is Robert Trent.
The group meets on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month at 8:00 p.m.
Officers and the Columbian Club meet on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:30 p.m.
Port Washington Council #1227 was founded on May 25th, 1907, just three years after the founding of St. Peter's Church. The first meetings were held at Victoria Hall on the site of the old Plaza building (now Starbucks). In February 1923, land was purchased and the first council chambers were erected on the corner of Franklin Avenue and Haven Avenue, now the site of the Elks Lodge.
Weekly activities include Bingo on Thursdays and Fridays.
