I have been a clinical social worker in NYC for 10 years. I started Therapy For Runners last year- combining my clinical training with my personal experience and understanding as a runner. With this, I also offer ACTIVE sessions (outside walk & talk therapy or running sessions). Check out my website for more information.

By helping people slow down, focus on self-care, and offering a safe non-judgmental space to explore & express these feelings, concerns and confusion- I help people who are ready to feel un-stuck and want to feel more fulfilled & content in their lives. In addition to traditional office sessions, I also offer ACTIVE sessions (walking or running) that take place outside. Being active & being out in nature (whatever we can get in NYC), is crucial to improving mental health & wellness. I can help support you to stay motivated, even when it's hard.
