History
In 2012, business partners Erol Zeren and Alex De Marchena embarked upon a journey to bring Hell's Kitchen it's own much needed local coffee shop, with the goal to make it one that stood alone in New York City's ever growing coffee culture. Utilizing their combined knowledge of customer service and coffee expertise along side quality products such as artisan roasted coffee beans and homemade bakery items and family recipes (including TIMEOUT Magazines #1 Oatmeal Raisin Cookie), the two young business owners have since created one of Hell's Kitchens' hottest new companies and brought a new level of quality, character, and coffee to New York City.
