JT Personal Fitness started with the goal of making clients stronger for all of life's challenges. The past 25 years have expanded our scope to specialized training, martial arts, boxing, sports conditioning and extensive experience with clients from 8 to 80 years old.
Specialties
JT Personal Fitness is a personal and small group fitness training facility specializing in golf and tennis conditioning. We also work with high school and college athletes toward their sports conditioning goals.
