The owner is rough around the edges yet he fixed the water main that was in the middle of the street that came to my house.. The total price was $5,500 with the permits without any guarantee...

Straight up never showed up. Never called. Can't recommend. Fwiw this was through 1800Heaters. Can't recommend them either.
