HistoryOur firm has evolved considerably over the years. Founded by Francis Bladykas in 1954 as Bladykas Surveying, great pride was taken while surveying many historical properties along the Gold Coast of Long Island or providing a title survey for the purchase of a home or plans for the installation of a sanitary system. In 1987 Mr. Bladykas brought on Chuck Panetta as a partner and renamed the firm Bladykas & Panetta Civil Engineering and Land Surveying. Mr. Panetta's new energy and drive advanced the firm using the most up to date surveying technologies and engineering software as the scope of work and client base continued to expand. In 2018, after training under the guidance of Mr. Panetta, long time managers Thomas Bremen and Michael Rant, partnered for the firm's evolution to Northcoast Civil.
