Historybeen in solo law practice since 1981, after 6 years in NYS Dept of Law (State Attorney General) in litigation and anti-monopolies bureaus, prosecuting white collar crimes and advising state agencies. After years of litigation, i was an administrative law judge for city Dept of Finance, and president of the Association of Admin Law Judges of PVB for 5 years until 2004.
