History
Timothy began working in the County Department of Social Services in 1988 and later with the County Mental Health Department. He was promoted to unit supervisor and has held multiple supervisory positions since. While working at the University at Buffalo's famed Research Institute on Addictions, Timothy participated in original research aimed at helping families with addiction get well again. Timothy slowly built his private practice as a side job and then full time in 2007. Since then he works with individuals suffering from addiction or other mental illness, couples work, anger management and families whose loved on refuses to seek addiction treatment. There are many techniques families can use to help when a person refuses care that are effective and led to positive outcomes.
