Bauer Office Solutions is a family owned company that was founded in 1972 and has been an Authorized Canon Dealer in Manhattan since 1982. As a family owned company built on the traditions of honesty, and the value of keeping our word, we are always transparent and treat our customers with dignity and respect. We understand that most people go through the sales process fairly infrequently (picking the right vendor for you, the right equipment for your environment with the right service plan, and choosing a financing or purchase option that will fit your budget). Typically this happens once every 3 to 5 years for you, or it may be your first time; we do this every day, and with that in mind we try to simplify the process as much as possible to make things as easy, comfortable, and seamless as can be for you. Our goal is to educate you, the buyer, and present clear information in a way that will allow you to make the most informed and educated decision possible.
