History
Purchased in 2011 by Michael Rawson, 550 Warren Street was added to his portfolio and has been under development since he took ownership. This 7000 square foot mixed use, commercial building was formed in 1898, combining two Federal residences, 548 Warren Street and 550 Warren Street. The Federal detail is evident on the center entrance, with its arched window, keystones and white marble threshold. A career hotelier, Rawson realized the potential uses for the building, and was especially pleased when the long term tenant since 1990, Theron Ware Works of Art, decided to stay on.
